Have Great Television Viewing Pleasure With Satellite Television
I came home from work the other day with plans to change into my comfy clothes and sit in my room watching showtime. I knew my husband would be in front of the big TV in the living room watching March Madness basketball games. He’s pretty good at finding something to eat out of the freezer. Pizza rolls or what-not.
Anyhow, my plans got turned all topsy-turvy because of the dumb local cable company. I walk in the door and find my husband and two neighbors, one who brought his wife (what? a woman who watches basketball?) sitting in my living room. Hey, honey, my husband explains: “Cable’s out.”
I’m really surprised my neighbors haven’t tuned in and gotten a satellite dish yet. They are always over at our place watching because somebody hit a cable line. And they make comments about how great the picture. Satellite’s never out – even in storms. And it’s tiny and blends in on our porch. I’ve looked at cable’s prices and satellite has them beat by a mile. Plus there’s all the extras like showtime and HBO and other movie channels.
So I had to spend the evening entertaining and cooking. Wise up people, get the dish!
